Returns Policy You have 30 days to return the item from the day you received it. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since the item was received.
No reason is required to return your item. However, the item must still be in its original condition. If the item is defective or wrong, please contact us at email [email protected].

The item must be in its original packaging and in a new condition.

Return Conditions

Please ensure the following details are displayed along with the returned item:

  • The full name of the person who placed the order.
  • The order number.
  • Every return requires a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
  • All items that you return are your responsibility until they reach us. You must pack the product securely.

Issues and damages

We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival and notify us immediately if there is anything broken, damaged or defective. Tesla Markets will repair or replace any damaged components or accessories, or refund the purchase price.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

The return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.


Step by step instructions to getting a refund:

Contact us by email ([email protected]) and include:
A) Your order number.
b) Your reasons for requesting a refund.
Clear images should be included if there is any damage.


After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified and informed if the refund was approved. If your request is approved, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been processed. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund and then post it. The refund will take approximately 15 business days to process.
