Shipping Policy

We can ship to most of the residential and business addresses in Australia. We will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the delivery address, the delivery timeframe may vary. Delivery times may be affected by holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Pre-Order and Back-Order Items

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and shipping options. Shipping date estimates can be found on the shipping quotations page. If your order includes pre-ordered or backordered items. We will ship all items immediately if they are available.

Pre-ordered items or items back ordered will be shipped as soon as we have them. If you order multiple items and receive only one item, don’t worry. You will get your other items once the stock is available.

Shipping Fee

Orders above $120 is eligible for free shipping Australia wide. Orders below $120 are subject to $15 flat shipping fee.

5:00 PM (AEST), Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).

Shipping Carriers:

There are many postal services and couriers that we use depending on the delivery address and the item for delivery. This includes freight companies such as Australia Post, Sendle, and more.

Track your order:

If you have provided an email address or mobile number, you will receive confirmation emails and/or texts. These messages contain a tracking ID as well as a link that allows you to track the progress of your package. You can track your package by visiting our Shipping Tracking Page.

Allow 1 to 3 days for tracking information to be displayed.

Disclaimer about the wrong address:

The buyer is responsible for verifying that the shipping address is correct on the checkout page. While we do our best to expedite shipping times and speed up processing, there may be a window for correcting an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Tesla Markets cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If you receive tracking information that states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your shipping carrier using the information on our Tracking Page.
